What RoomTone uses

• Your selections are used to generate the current page result.
• Optional room labels and notes are reflected in the generated brief for that request.
• RoomTone does not invite sensitive personal data and should not be used to submit medical or confidential information.

What RoomTone does not promise

• No claim of therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
• No workplace safety certification or formal ergonomic approval.
• No guarantee that every room can be made ideal; the app is designed to support practical trade-offs.
